Missouri Trial Lawyers Care
Missouri Trial Lawyers Care (Mo-TLC) was set up by the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) to meet the charitable goals of the association.
The focus of Mo-TLC is to improve the quality of life in communities where MATA members live and work across the state. Grants can be made to qualifying 501(c)3 educational, cultural, civic and health and welfare organizations.
Why do we care?
Because we are a part of the community, just like you. Trial attorneys can be an easy target, often referred to as greedy, immoral or un-American, but we want the same things you want in a healthy, thriving community and we are willing to work alongside you to attain that goal.
How Mo-TLC works
When MATA receives a charitable request or determines a need its members want to fill (fans during summer’s hottest months, blanket and food drives in winter, self-defense classes, bike helmets for kids, aid to disaster areas) MATA officers turn to Mo-TLC to fund those projects.
