This webinar will review real estate principles relating to ownership and possessory rights to property with the premises liability case in mind. We will review the different kinds of ownership (fee simple being the most common) possessory rights including leaseholds, easements, licenses, joint use agreements and related issues. We will also review surveys, how to read them and why they are important in a premises liability case.
