Networking with MATA members across the state with a click of your mouse! MATA members enjoy the benefit of being able to call on more than 1,300 fellow plaintiff lawyers for advice on case strategy and information on defense experts through one e-mail message which is disseminated to all members of the listserv. PLAINTIFF-ONLY LIST*
In 2010, MATA added a new plaintiff listserve. While we can’t promise this list will be 100 percent secure, its members have to be approved by a committee of MATA Executive Committee and Board members and will be able to see who has access to the list.
If you are interested in joining the MATA Plaintiffs listserve, please read the “Rules, Regulations and Agreement” and sign and return THE LAST PAGE to the MATA office - info@matanet.org.
*Please note every application for admittance to the Plaintiff-only list is reviewed by a committee of members and can take several business days to review requests.
