Licensed less than five years - $250
Licensed five years or more - $450
Sustaining (Hall of Fame Membership) - $650
Government/Nonprofit Rate - $150
Out of State - $450
Waiver of Practice Area Requirements
As part of your application process, you must certify that your practice - and the practice of the firm with which you are affiliated - does not include defense of personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, workers compensation claims and/or the representation of other interests adverse to consumers, workers and the mission of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
We understand that many Missouri attorneys, particularly in small communities, do a variety of work or that you may have long-standing clients that result in some defense work from time to time. We do not want this to disqualify you from membership. If you believe a small part of your practice would exempt you from membership, you may request a waiver on your application and it will be reviewed by our Association Development Committee.
*Please note every application is reviewed and it can take 2-3 business days to review requests.
